Education & Training
The objective of the Referee Education and Training program is:
- To manage a Referee Program that support the Referees based on their needs
- The program is to support all Referees for them to be able to advance as Referees to higher level games based on their desire.
- A Referee Mentor Program Will Be Set-up to support Referees to accomplish this task.
- To develop a standard Referee assignment system
- to develop a Standard Referee payment system
- Pay Referees on a regular basis – every 2 weeks via a web based payment system.
- We Will Hold Regular Education & Training Sessions at the USSF Grassroots Level and High School Level.
- This will be accomplished via In Person and On-Line sessions via on-line meetings.
